Can I update my website after it's built?

All sites on our 360 and Pro plans cannot be managed but comes with one free design update every 3 years. However, sites on our Enterprise package can either be hosted on your already purchased server or on our VPS server which comes with full access to a content management dashboard.

If you would prefer to have someone update your site, we offer client care plans on all projects we create and would be glad to take that off your plate.

What is the difference between client & customer support?

When you use Archodia services, you become our Partner. As our valued Partner, you get 24/7 support services. Via our Partner Care plans, we offer our support to your customers. This enable you focus on the business side of things while we ensure your customers gets the appropriate care they need.

Your first step is to let us know about your project. Attach an NDA if it makes you comfortable. All our discussions are confidential.

How much does a website cost?

There is no simple answer to this question as there are a number of factors that go into every project but we’ve tried to break down our prices into three different options that serve small and medium web design clients.

Is the price VAT inclusive?

At Archodia, we offer one of the lowest prices on the market and all agreed fees are invoiced exclusive of VAT. VAT will be added where it is required by law. For example, VAT will be added where you are in Sweden, in the EU and UK. If you normally reside outside these areas then VAT will not be added. Bank and transfer charges (if any) are added at the point of payment, depending on the payment option you choose.

Where you ask us to pay a disbursement to a third party on your behalf, we will pass the invoice on to you in full. We will not add VAT to the supplier’s gross invoice; however, VAT will be applied to our service charge, if applicable.

Can I pay in my local currency?

Yes you can.

We understand the challenges of cross border money transfer costs and work with all our partners to ensure they get better value for their money. All our services and plans are billed in your local currency for easy partner care.

Do you use templates?

Our designers work with you extensively to provide your needs. We can work with your already purchased template (if any), as well as spending more time trying to make pre-built templates work with our designs than it would be to simply build a new theme that we know works and can be modified by our team.
