Pop Newcomer Morgen Returns With New Single, "3D"

17-Year-Old bedroom pop newcomer Morgen returns with relatable pandemic inspired sophomore single, "3D".

After her debut single garnered acclaim from the likes of Zane Lowe and Elton John on their respective, 17-year-old bedroom pop newcomer #Morgen returns today with the release of her relatable sophomore pandemic-inspired single and music video for “3D.”

Oozing confidence and gorgeous vocals alongside bedroom pop production, “3D” follows morgen's impressive debut single “Odd One Out” and is the latest from her upcoming debut EP expected to be released in fall 2021 via Avoca Drive/Sony Music Entertainment Australia.

In "3D," the Santa Cruz native lightheartedly shows her frustration for being stuck at home, asking when she can finally see the subject of the song in the 3D. Simple bedroom pop production blossoms into high-energy guitar- and synth-driven choruses, with attention-grabbing sound effects and ad-libs throughout.

On the release of her new single, morgen shares, “‘3D’ is about feeling alienated, which is a common theme in my life. Quarantine initially triggered the creation of this song because having to be physically alone while also feeling alone is not exactly ideal…"
